I think most of us recognise the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to our wellbeing and health. Now a new supper club is combining this group of physical, mental and spiritual practices with healthy freshly prepared food.
The Yoga Supper Evening takes place on 14 May at Creekside boatyard alongside the quay in Dartmouth at 17:30-21:00.
People of all levels of experience are welcome to a meditative evening, which includes 1.5 hours of yoga, the meal of local produce and the company of fellow practitioners of yoga and meditation.
